Ana has passion for philanthropy. Her story symbolises and stands for a belief that anything you can imagine can become a reality. Ana would dream about becoming a professional sportswoman when she was five years old. Driven by her hard work, dedication and support of others, sixteen years later she was world No.1. Today, she is determined to help, inspire and give back. Ana is a UNICEF National Ambassador for Serbia.

The United Nation Children’s Fund promotes the rights and wellbeing of every child, in everything they do. Together with partners, UNICEF works in 190 countries and territories to translate that commitment into practical action, focusing special effort on reaching the most vulnerable and excluded children, to the benefit of all children, everywhere. Since 2007, when she was appointed UNICEF Serbia’s National Ambassador, Ana Ivanovic has been supporting UNICEF in its fundraising and programme efforts and in communicating to a broad public the vision and values that guide UNICEF’s work for children. Specifically, she has been lending her star power and energy to advocate for the prevention of violence against and among children in schools and on digital platforms.

“It is a great honour for me to be a UNICEF Serbia’s National Ambassador, and I relish the opportunity to support the work of UNICEF to improve the lives of children. I am committed to advocate for the prevention of violence, to talk with children and speak on their behalf as they frequently have no voice”.
